Shipping policy

Orders predominately ship via USPS Post office.

Some orders may ship via UPS or Fed Ex.

If you would like Expedited shipping, the option is available in the cart.

Most orders placed by 12:59 PM EST M-F will ship the same day. Most orders placed by 9:00 AM EST Sat. Ship the same day. Excluding Sundays and Postal Holidays. If an order is placed after same day shipping times, it will ship the next available business day (excluding Holidays/Sundays). Some items may not qualify for same day shipping. If the item does not qualify for same day shipping, it will be listed in the item description.

UPS ships Monday-Friday only. All UPS orders placed after 12:59 PM on Friday will ship on Monday.

We do our very best to package items, so they will arrive exactly as they left our location.  We try to package quickly and ship quickly,  so your item(s) will arrive quickly.

All delivery estimates are just estimates (ex. 1-3 day delivery), not guarantees. Guarantees will be on Priority Mail Express and UPS 2nd day/next day shipments. We do not determine the guaranteed delivery time-frame. This determination is at the sole discretion of the selected carrier. At times, there may be a discrepancy between the checkout estimated delivery, and the actual guaranteed delivery time-frame. We do not have any control over the proprietary software provided by the carriers to estimate delivery. Sometimes, Priority Mail Express may say 1 day delivery, but when the label is printed, it will only guarantee 2 day delivery. Since we have no control over this process, we will not accept responsibility for this issue. We also are unable to see how fast the estimated delivery day was for you. We will simply ship via the method that you choose.

If you pay for a guaranteed method, and your item does not arrive by the guaranteed time, please contact us. We will contact the carrier on your behalf, and if they agree that they did not deliver by the guaranteed delivery time-frame, we will get you a full refund for your shipping amount paid. We will not be responsible for guaranteed shipping cost, if the carrier does not agree to refund.

If you have any questions as to the delivery time-frame, please contact us before purchasing. We can get a definite answer on the guaranteed delivery time-frame.

 We reserve the right to change the shipping option you select, if shipping via another method will arrive faster and/or safer. This could be a change in shipping carrier and/or a change in shipping method.(i.e. USPS First Class Mail to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority mail to UPS Ground).

On rare occasions a package may get mis-sorted or lost.

Local Pickup is an option at checkout.

If a customer selects Local Pickup, the item will be available for pickup at 14506 M 60 Jones, MI 49061.

Once Marked "Ready for Pickup" the item must be picked up within 48 hours or the order will be canceled and refunded. We will try contacting you via the methods you provide, but if we do not receive any communication the order will be canceled.
